Rev. Ronald K. Henry, Sr.

Reverend Ronald Henry Sr.,  a native of Currie, North Carolina, teaches his disciples to follow him as he follows God. A true Man of God and Prophet, Reverend Henry was called into the ministry in March of 1999. After preaching his initial sermon, Reverend Henry was licensed in December of 1999. He was later ordained in July of 2001 by the Middle District Association. Reverend Henry is also the Founder and Servant Leader of Currie's Band of Brothers Mens Ministry, an organization comprised of 60 men dedicated to giving back mentally, physically and spiritually to their respective communities and the city.

Reverend Henry is the son of Mary E. Henry and the late James P. Henry. He has been married for over 30 years to Lady Betty Harvey Henry, the love of his life and as he says "the only fish in his sea". Together, they have one son, Ronald Jr "RJ", one daughter, Quaniece , one grandson, Zy'Quan and one grand daughter, Zy'Ajah. An excellent teacher and communicator, Reverend Henry earned a Master's Degree in Christian Education from Campbell University Divinity School. He also holds a Bachelor's Degree from Mount Olive College and an Associates of Arts Degree as well from Cape Fear Community College.

Reverend Henry has been leading, inspiring and pastoring congregations for over 18 years. He has been fulfilling his calling as Pastor of St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church in Conway, SC since the year 2015. With his energy and teachings, St. Paul is on fire for the Lord! Since his arrival at St. Paul, members are getting saved, healed, delivered and set free. Young and old are rededicating their lives to Christ.  Because he lives what he preaches, new ministries and outreach opportunities have also been created. Reverend Henry has also been certificating new Ministers into the Christian family while at St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church, further spreading the Gospel to the four corners of the Earth.

As the church family grows, Reverend Henry has been instrumental in the building of a new sanctuary and dining hall for St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church. At St Paul, we always have room for one more family!

Reverend Henry's favorite scripture is Proverb's 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and he shall direct thy paths."

Reverend Henry is a living testament of the greatness of God and God's promises to his people. Under his leadership, St. Paul is growing and thriving in their love of God and love for God's people.  The communities we live and the ministries we serve are better because of him and his leadership.
